Emotion Management of Mine

HOW TO CONTROL YOUR EMOTION?

First, thanks to Tina Merwati that reminds me that I own a blog..:)
And then, for those who read my blog before, thanks for giving the comments, I'll try to post some more..
Thanks for The support that you give to me.. :D

WHAT DOYOU USUALLY DO WHEN YOU ARE IN A BAD MOOD CONDITION? WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU ARE FRUSTATED? WILL YOU JUST PUNCH ANYONE WHO MAKE YOU ANGRY, SAD, OR EVEN BAD MOOD?

I am someone who easily got a bad mood attack.. I am someone who is so sensitive, that I am easily being so blue.. But the Question is, "What do I usually do to manage my swingy mood?"

I usually do my hobby.. Playing games, listening to music.. Yes, it works!! BUT, it doesn't solve the problem, and that makes my bad mood turn back to me when I am in a "nothing to do" condition.

So, the key is in "PROBLEM SOLVING".

1. Identify the problem.
What makes you bad mood is you don't really know how to solve the problem, or the worst is you dont't actually know what's the problem is! How do I usually identify the problem? I combine it with my hobby, that's listening to music (maybe it's for calming down myself), and try to figure out what's the main problem?

2. Available Alternatives
What does "Available alternatives" mean? It means I have to find the solutions, and not only one! Be creative, and get solutions as many as you can! WHY? When you figure out that you can't solve the problem, you still have the second alternatives.

3. Logical consequences
It means, you have to think about the consequences of the solutions you have made. What's the positive consequences, and what's the negative consequences? So, you can really consider it by the consequences.

4. Make the decision
You are the one who has to make the decision! Make the desicion, what you'd like to do? Which solutions do u choose?

5. DO IT!
The last thing you SHOULD do is, make an ACTION! Dwelling on the problems won't help you solve the problem.

So, when the problem is solved, you will make a better day, and automatically, you'll have a great mood there!
So, be sure that the problem of yours is solved!

My friends told me that, when you encounter problems, you only got two things to do, that's FACE IT, or LET IT BE!

Control your mood.. control your emotion.. control your day..
BE AN ACTOR, BUT NOT A REACTOR!

Thanks guys..
